Hatha Yoga TTC 200 hours is our foundational hatha yoga course that is designed for both practitioners who intend to teach as well as those who seek to deepen their knowledge of yoga. The curriculum includes sessions on asana (yoga postures) techniques, anatomy, philosophy (including Patanjali’s Yog Sutras), pranayam, kriyas, mudras, chakras and key shlokas/mantras (chanting) and students get the much-valued hands-on teaching experience in a fun and safe space.

At Samatvam we believe that we all unique individuals and we treat each student individually and meet them where they are.

Each course will require preparatory suggested reading, a written exam, an oral exam and a practical exam where students conduct a class.

A unique feature of our program is that we offer a free AI-powered professionally designed website on our portal to all students who wish to pursue teaching yoga on their own once they graduate from our TTC 200 hours, TTC 300 hours or TTC 500 hours courses.

We look forward to sharing our training with you!
