BREATH-CENTRIC PRACTICES
Knowledge and tradition of yoga is learned and handed down from teacher to student. Professor Krishmacharya and his son TKV Desikachar and their students in the lineage, all relied on the fundamental truth that breath is the core of everything. Their teachings provide an integrated view of breath as it relates to yoga practice, breath as it relates to movement and finally breath as it relates to the fundamental deepest principles of yoga itself.
At SMYC we embrace and combine this knowledge with modern approaches to mental and physical well-being, and offer a transformational breath-centric approach that can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual
